Love Island’s Rosie Williams has sparked speculation she has had cosmetic surgery on her lips prior to entering the ITV2 villa.
Fans of the hit show – hosted by newly engaged Caroline Flack – have taken to Twitter to question the size of her pout and whether they are natural or just accentuated because of lip liner.
One social media user tweeted: “Rosie’s lips. What’s going on there?”
While another wrote: “Rosie makes me want get lip fillers.”
But what has Georgia Steel’s housemate had done to her lips? Experts exclusively weigh in on whether the star has had cosmetic treatment.
Plastic surgeon Mr Gary Ross says Dani Dyer and 29 year old Laura Anderson’s housemate could have undergone “lip augmentation”, which is mainly carried out by having lip fillers injected.

He exclusively told OK! Online: “Rosie Williams would be deemed to have aesthetically shaped lips with a ratio 1:2 of upper to lower lip (a smaller top lip and a bigger bottom lip), a well defined cupids bow and an overall lip size of around 10 per cent of the lower third of the face.
“One way of attaining this look is through lip augmentation.
“The commonest form of lip augmentation is by the use of hyaluronic acid aka lip fillers.”
Rosie – who boasts an impressive career as a solicitor – has also had fans talking about her incredible skin.
Aesthetic Nurse Julie Brackenbury has admitted Rosie – who was embroiled in a shocking spat with Adam Collard – could have achieved results with Botox, although this has not been confirmed.
She exclusively told OK! Online: “Yes she’s definitely had lip fillers and botox in forehead, crows feet and glabellar.
“Having looked at her Instagram photos too I’d suggest she may have had some cheek fillers too, as the roundness of her cheeks has changed.”
Rosie boasts a flawless complexion, but it is not just the Spanish sunshine that can cause this.
To get the look, Lisa Harris from Lisa Harris Skin Science exclusively told OK! Online about the benefits of an LP Facelift.
She said: “Rosie has very smooth skin and so may have undergone a treatment like The LP Facelift, which can non surgically firm and tone the skin.
“This can be offered alongside facial fillers which it’s very likely she’s had.”
OK! Online has contacted Rosie Williams’ people for comment.
Love Island continues on ITV2 at 9pm.
