JESSICA Shears wowed the Love Island contestants when she confidently entered the villa during the first episode.
With her gorgeous feminine figure and stunning looks, Jessica Shears was an instant hit with the boys.
In particular, Dom Lever, who the glamour model has now coupled up with on the hit reality TV show.
However, while the star – originally from Devon – may appear very confident in her skin, the brunette beauty has revealed some serious plastic surgery regrets.
Daily Mail Online have reported that the 24 year-old is planning on having her second boob job after Love Island.
This is due to the breast implants she had when she was 19 years-old becoming ‘lopsided and saggy’ over time.
Not happy with her current FF breasts, the reality TV star visited W1 Wellness Clinic Knightsbridge in London where she planned her procedure.

The model explained: “Unfortunately I wasn’t best advised about how the size of the implant and the weight of it can sort of have an effect over time in sagging when I got my breasts done with another company.
“I’ve ended up with what they call breasts that have ‘bottomed out’. They’re not great, they don’t look how they should, they’re extremely large for my frame and not what I should have probably gone for.”
In order to fix this issue, Jessica had a virtual reality boob job which meant she could decide exactly how she wanted them to look.
Talking about her regrets, Jess confessed: “The bottoming out is terrible, my nipples are now quite high because obviously the implants dropped so much.
“I am starting to get like a skin fold in the middle when sat down from obviously from the weight of where the breasts have pulled down, the weight has obviously caused the skin to sag.”
However, the boob job at 19 years-old may not be the only surgery Jessica has had done.
Speaking exclusively to OK! Online, a surgeon from MYA explained: “It is also possible she has had a rhinoplasty procedure – often called a ‘nose job’.
“She has a very feminine, slim nose with a slight slope. Although without seeing previous images of Jessica, I could not be sure; it may just be good genetics.
“She has also under gone the non-surgical treatment of cheek fillers to create the illusion of high cheek bones.”
