CHLOE Crowhurst kicked up a huge fuss when she left the Love Island villa with Sam Gowland.
And things haven’t changed for the Essex reality TV star since she left the ITV2 show.
Pictured kissing ex-boyfriend and TOWIE star Jon Clark, Chloe Crowhurst has also been hitting the party scene with fellow Love Island stars Jess Shears and Sam Gowland.
The Executive Assistant has also been spending some quality time on her beauty and wardrobe after three weeks in the villa left her in need of some touch ups.
In particular, her hair.
Making a formal complaint about the villa and her hair on Twitter, the 22 year old told her 33,000 followers the Majorca pool made her hair pink.
Chloe tweeted: “Soooo excited to get my hair done today! Did anyone notice my hair turnt pink in the villa.”
Camilla and Montana chat in the garden about their relationships with new boys Alex and Craig – Camilla admits she “couldn’t be happier” with Craig’s arrival
When asked what happened, Jon Clark’s ex exclaimed: “Chlorine!!”
Sharing a photo of the results on Instagram, Chloe has since received plenty of compliments about her fresh new ‘do.
However, can your hair really turn pink because of pool chlorine? According to experts, yes.
The same way dyed hair can go brassy weeks after a colour, hair extensions can turn a pink or orange colour.
It’s a discolouration process that happens in human hair that has been dyed blonde.
Factors such as chlorine, sea water and sun exposure can strip away the pigment in the hair extensions – which are commonly dark hair made blonde – which means you can be left with pink and orange tones.
So how can you avoid it? While it is recommended that you don’t wear hair extensions in the sun, you can protect your locks with hats or even treat them with a silver shampoo.
It’s no wonder none of the Love Island cast of 2017 are going swimming.
