THE MUM of two has offered a word of warning to everyone enjoying the heatwave this week.
Emily MacDonagh recently jetted off on holiday to Cyprus.
With husband Peter Andre and kids Mille and Theo, Emily soaked up the sun in their holiday home, with Pete’s parents flying out from Australia to meet them.
But while having the holiday of a lifetime, the doctor admitted she had worries lingering in the back of her mind.
Speaking to OK! magazine in her weekly column, she confessed: “I regret I wasn’t more careful in the sun in my early twenties.”
Emily, 27, explained how her studies opened her eyes to the seriousness of sun exposure.
She said: “Since doing my dermatology placement at university, I’ve realised skin cancer can even affect young people.”

The brunette beauty continued: “It’s a killer and it spreads really quickly.”
And she even opened up about her own scare.
As moles changing is size, shape or colour can indicate sun damage or even skin cancer, when this happened to Emily, it raised an alarm.
She explained: “I’ve since had a mole on my arm removed when I noticed it was changing.”
Luckily, the change wasn’t due to anything sinister.
But is has led to her ensuring herself and hubby Pete get checked regularly, and as a family they are a LOT more sun lotion savvy.
And she send out this warning to readers: “There’s no safe tan unless it’s fake.”
Recently, Emily opened up about wanting more children.
She told OK! magazine: “When we had Theo, we agreed that we weren’t going to have any more babies.”
The mum of two explained: “However, because Theo is so well behaved, I feel like Pete is going to change his mind. I reckon he’ll want another one in six months.
“I would maybe consider it in two or so years, but it’s different for the woman because they have to go through the pregnancy!”
Recently, Peter himself had to deny rumours that Emily was pregnant again.
